MINUTEVIDEOS PTE. LTD. ("MinuteVideos", "we", "us") operates minutevideos.com and the Alpha Kids service at alpha.kids and on WhatsApp. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

When you contact us by email: your email address and whatever you write to us.

When you use Alpha Kids: the messages you send us, your WhatsApp phone number or account identifier, and the details you choose to share about your family so we can give useful answers. If you use the web app, we also collect the account details you register with.

Automatically: basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the service working and secure.

Why we use it

To deliver the service you asked for, to reply to you, to improve the quality of our guidance, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Children

Alpha Kids is a service for parents and carers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Information a parent shares about their own child is treated as the parent's personal data and handled under this policy.

Who we share it with

Service providers who process data on our behalf so the service can run — messaging and hosting infrastructure, and the AI providers who generate responses. They may only use it to provide the service to us. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

Where it is held

Our providers operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside your country of residence. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected wherever it is held.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@minutevideos.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and post the new version on this page.
