These terms govern your use of minutevideos.com and the Alpha Kids service, operated by MINUTEVIDEOS PTE. LTD. ("MinuteVideos", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Alpha Kids is a parenting guidance service delivered by conversation, on WhatsApp and on the web at alpha.kids. It draws on published child-development research to suggest practical things a parent can try.

Not professional advice

Alpha Kids provides general educational guidance. It is not medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional who knows your child. If you have concerns about your child's health, development or safety, speak to a doctor or another appropriate professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own decisions about your family, and for judging whether any suggestion suits your child and your circumstances. You agree not to misuse the service, not to use it unlawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.

Eligibility

The service is intended for adults. You must be of legal age in your country to enter into these terms.

Content

The site, its text, images and software are owned by MinuteVideos and protected by intellectual property law. What you send us stays yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate and improve the service.

Availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MinuteVideos is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
